GREENYELLOW products owned by Green Yinglu implement three-guarantee service, users can fully enjoy the repair, replacement and professional maintenance services of the national joint insurance.


1. Warranty terms:

1. Within 1 year from the date of product purchase, under normal use, you will receive free warranty services for any failures caused by the quality of the machine itself.
2. Please keep your purchase invoices, order vouchers and product codes affixed to the equipment as an important basis for warranty services.
3. 5. Due to the uneven quality of third-party accessories, it is recommended that you use the original accessories sold by GREENYELLOW. Machine damage caused by third-party accessories is not covered by the warranty service.
6. The warranty service is applicable to the products authorized by GREENYELLOW, and its fulfillment area is limited to mainland China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan).

2. Return service:

1. GREENYELLOW products are currently sold on major e-commerce platforms and some chain stores. When you buy, please identify the "GREENYELLOW" brand and check whether you have the authorization letter issued by our company. 3. Three Guarantees Policy:

1. Return policy

2. Replacement Policy
